May Day Special Edition | My Journey with Shouxin

When I joined Shouxin, I was no longer a rookie with no workplace experience. I once thought I could adapt to the new environment quickly with my past experience. This attitude of facing problems directly without shifting blame or covering up mistakes helped me let go of mental pressure. Yet as I settled down and reflected, I came to understand that genuine growth is always achieved under pressure. Especially for sales roles, high standards forge solid capabilities, and commitment to results lays a solid foundation for surviving and thriving in the market. Shouxin's strict requirements are never deliberate difficulties, but high benchmarks that push us to break through limits, abandon perfunctory attitudes, polish professional skills, and take on due responsibilities as sales practitioners. It is this strictness that has helped me abandon impetuosity from past jobs, become more calm and professional, and build the courage to face business challenges head-on.
