Emulsion Polyacrylamide
Emulsion Polyacrylamide
Overview
Emulsion Polyacrylamide is an advanced flocculant produced through a micro-emulsion process incorporating specialized cell-disruption technology during polymerization. This product features high conversion rate, exceptional stability, multifunctionality, and rapid dissolution. With a neutral pH, the treated sludge can be repurposed for composting, brickmaking, and other resource recovery applications. It produces clear filtrate and sludge cakes with low moisture content, effectively reducing overall treatment costs.
Specification

Advantages
Compact flocs, fast settling rate, and low dosage requirements.
High level of water clarification after process.
Wide applicable pH range (2-14).
Excellent filtration and dewatering properties enhance sludge dewatering efficiency.
Good compatibility with inorganic coagulant.
Application Fields
Sewage flocculation and sedimentation
Sludge dewatering
Oil industry

Storage and Precautions
The product is non-toxic.
In case of hands or skin contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
Store in a dry place at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
The prepared liquid polyacrylamide solution should not be stored for extended periods. Storage beyond 24 hours may reduce its efficacy.
It is recommended to use low-hardness water with a neutral pH (6-9) to dissolve polyacrylamide. Using groundwater or reclaimed water will result in reduced product effectiveness.
